About This Course
Where garment and object meet.
Where garment and object meet. Craft training and wearable technology are taught together in one studio, backed by a structured industry internship in year two that most accessory courses don't offer.
Boston Manor is a dedicated atelier space — not a repurposed lecture hall. Students work in real workshop conditions with materials, tools, and practitioner tutors drawn from footwear, jewellery, and product design. The year two internship is structured, not optional, and sits within the assessed curriculum.

Year Two Internship
Unlike most accessories courses, the industry internship is a mandatory, assessed module in year two — not a holiday placement or optional extra. Students work with a partner studio or brand for a sustained period and bring that work back into the final year.
